Billing questions
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan never needs a card, and paid plans start with a 14-day trial that you can begin without one.
How does per-driver pricing work?
Team and Business are billed for each active driver, with a small minimum. Add or remove drivers any time and your bill is prorated automatically. Dispatchers and admins do not count as drivers.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you have not subscribed, your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, and drivers can always finish the routes they are on.
Can I switch plans or cancel?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from Plan & billing at any time. Changes are prorated, and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing costs about 20% less than paying monthly.
